    I Forgot my Password and Can’t Login

    If you forgot your Password and can’t login, please click the “Forgot Password” link below the login form to Reset your Password.

    Can I Run as Both an Advertiser and Publisher Using the Same Account?

    Yes. Log into your account and click on the “General Info” menu item in the left rail. Then make sure both boxes next to “Advertiser” and “Publisher” are checked. 

    Make sure you click on the “Update” button at the bottom to save your changes.

    How Do I Make Changes to My Account?

    To make changes to your account, login and find the Account Settings area of your user interface at the bottom-left of the screen.

    Make sure to save your changes before exiting.

    How Do I Cancel and Delete My Account?

    If you need to cancel and delete your Account, please make sure ALL Campaigns associated with your Account are Paused.
    Campaigns left Active may continue to serve, and you may be charged for ongoing Clicks.

    Once all Campaigns are paused, please contact support@content.ad to request that your Account be deleted.

    Be sure to include the Account Name and your Contact Information in the email.
