As your Campaign gets close to its budget, the serving of your content will slow, and then stop once the budget is reached.  
However due to the nature of Digital Advertising, especially Push Advertising, a consumer is still able to click on content that was served prior to the budget being reached.  
As a result, there is a chance that you may be charged for clicks delivered during this period.

In order to minimize the risk of exceeding your budget we recommend that if you wish to utilize a small budget - such as $100, then you should utilize a low CPC - less than $0.05.
If you wish to offer a higher CPC - such as $0.40 - then your budget should not be less than $350 - $500.
